- Operation Showcase
Operation Showcase monitors your mail piece's progress through the mail stream to the destination postal facility. You'll get projected daily delivery statistics, provided by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery units, and Operation Showcase will continue to contact the postal delivery units until confirmation that 97 percent or more of your mailing is moving through the mail stream.
- Showcase Plus
Showcase Plus provides information on actual delivery to consumers' home. Our network of respondents call a toll-free number when they receive your mailing at home. Online, customizable reporting informs you of the exact arrival date and condition of your mail piece as it is delivered to your target.
- eShowcase
eShowcase monitoring and online reporting services is based on the combination of special barcodes (PLANET Code) in conjunction with USPS scanning equipment. The USPS captures the scanned electronic data on a centralized server, and RR Donnelley Logistics processes the information and creates user-friendly online reports. eShowcase also has the ability to "reverse" monitor mail so that mailers know when their customers are returning orders or payments for processing.
